Production Machining & Fabrication
Our machining and fabrication area employs state-of-the-art
CNC machining centers for milling and turning, EDM, water jet
cutting capabilities, full sheet metal fabrication and precision
welding capabilities.
Custom Fixtures: Many parts cannot be machined through
traditional means. Our skilled machinists design and build
custom fixtures that allow even the most complex part to be
efficiently machined. Such fixtures are integrated into our
machinery and also our customers' machinery.
Reverse Engineering: Customers frequently provide us with
nothing more than an existing part. Our engineers take detailed
measurements and observations from the existing part, utilizing
the most sophisticated video inspection techniques available.
The detailed measurements and observations are then
translated into extremely accurate CAD files.
We use CAD/CAM workstations with 3D surfacing and solid
modeling capabilities along with IGES, DXF, DWG, and PRT file
translators that allow us to work with virtually any type of file.
